Refunds and cancellations

Every RankKit SEO Pro purchase has a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you buy and it isn't right for you, ask within 14 days and you get a full refund, with no questions asked and no forms to fill in.

You can also avoid paying at all while you decide: the 14-day free trial needs no card. The full policy is at rankkitseo.site/legal/refunds.

What the guarantee covers

The 14-day guarantee applies to:

• New purchases
• Upgrades
• Yearly renewals
• Lifetime plans

The 14 days count from the date of the purchase, or from the renewal date for a renewal.

Ask for a refund

Use any of these:

1. Email hello@rankkitseo.site from the address you bought with.
2. Reply to your purchase receipt.
3. Use the refund link in your Freemius customer dashboard.

Include your order or license number if you have it. Refunds are usually processed within one business day.

What happens next

• Freemius, RankKit SEO's reseller, returns the money to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
• The license is cancelled and any auto-renewal is stopped.
• RankKit SEO keeps working on your site as the free edition. Your titles, meta, schema, redirects and settings stay exactly as they are.

The refund also appears in Billing history in your account at rankkitseo.site/account.

Cancel auto-renewal without a refund

Yearly plans renew automatically. You get an email before each renewal so you can cancel in time.

To stop future renewals, use the link in your purchase receipt or email hello@rankkitseo.site. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling doesn't delete anything on your site. See Manage your license.

After 14 days

Purchases older than 14 days aren't refundable, but you can cancel auto-renewal at any time and keep Pro until the end of the paid period. If something is broken and can't be fixed, write to hello@rankkitseo.site anyway: RankKit SEO will always look for a fair solution.

Repeated refund requests from the same person, or requests where a license was obviously bought to get the Pro files and then refunded, may be declined.

FAQ

Do I need to uninstall RankKit SEO Pro after a refund?

No. Pro features switch off and RankKit SEO keeps working as the free edition, with all your SEO data in place. You can also switch back to the free plugin from rankkitseo.site/download/free.

A renewal charged me and I didn't want it. Can I get my money back?

Yes, if you ask within 14 days of the renewal date.

Is a lifetime plan refundable?

Yes. Lifetime plans have the same 14-day money-back guarantee.
