Manage your license, sites and renewals

Your RankKit SEO Pro license lives in your account at rankkitseo.site. A license gives you access to Pro downloads, automatic updates and support for the number of sites and the period you bought. This page explains where to find it, how sites are counted, and what happens at renewal and expiry.

Your account

Log in at rankkitseo.site/account. The page has three parts:

• Download: Download RankKit SEO Pro (when you have a Pro license) and the Free plugin.
• Licenses: one row per license, showing:
  • The plan and number of sites, for example Pro · 5 sites, and a status badge.
  • The date: Renews for an active yearly license, Trial ends for a trial, Ends for a cancelled license, or Lifetime license.
  • Your license key, partly hidden. Click the eye icon to show it, or the copy icon to copy it.
  • How many sites are in use, for example 2 of 5 sites in use, followed by the site addresses.
• Billing history: the date, amount and type (Purchase, Renewal or Refund) of each payment. Invoices and refunds are handled by Freemius and emailed to you.

Account settings (top right) is where you change your name, email and password.

Prices are in US dollars, and VAT is added where required. Payment, invoicing and sales tax or VAT are handled by Freemius, RankKit SEO's reseller and merchant of record. Current prices are always on the pricing page.

How sites are counted

• A license covers the number of production sites on your plan: 1, 5 or unlimited.
• Local development sites, such as localhost, *.test and *.local addresses, don't count.
• To move a license to a different site, deactivate it on the old site first. Then activate it on the new site. You can do this at any time.
• License keys are for your own sites. You may not share them publicly, resell them, or use one license on more sites than it covers.

Renewals

Yearly plans include updates and support for one year and renew automatically each year at the price shown at checkout, unless you cancel before the renewal date. RankKit SEO emails you before each renewal so you can cancel in time. If prices change, a change never affects a period you've already paid for, and you're told before a renewal at a new price.

Lifetime Pro Agency includes updates and support for as long as RankKit SEO Pro is developed, with no renewal.

Cancel auto-renewal

You can cancel a yearly plan at any time. Use the link in your purchase receipt email, or email hello@rankkitseo.site. Cancelling stops future renewals and doesn't delete anything on your site. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and your account shows Ends with that date.

If a renewal went through that you didn't want, ask for a refund within 14 days of the renewal date. See Refunds and cancellations.

When a license ends

When a license ends, whether it expired, was cancelled or was refunded:

• Pro features switch off and RankKit SEO keeps working as the free edition.
• Your SEO data, titles, meta, redirects and settings stay on your site.
• You no longer receive Pro updates or support for that license.

FAQ

Where do I find my license key?

In your account at rankkitseo.site/account, under Licenses. It's also on the confirmation page you saw after buying.

Does a staging or local site use up one of my sites?

Local development sites such as localhost, *.test and *.local don't count. Each production site does.

I moved my site to a new domain. What do I do?

Deactivate the license on the old site if you still can, then activate it on the new one. If you can no longer reach the old site, email hello@rankkitseo.site with your license details.

Does my site stop working if my license expires?

No. RankKit SEO keeps working as the free edition, and all your SEO data stays in place. Only the Pro features switch off.
