Focus pages are the pages you most want to rank: your money pages, key services or best guides. For each one, RankKit SEO puts together a ranking diagnosis that combines Search Console data, the on-page analysis and Google's index status, and turns it into a short list of findings and fixes.

Instead of checking three different screens for one important page, you get one answer to "what is holding this page back?".

Before you start

Connect Google in RankKit SEO → Analytics first. Without it, the diagnosis still runs the on-page checks, but it cannot include clicks, queries, positions or index status. See Connect Google Search Console and GA4.

Add focus pages

  1. Go to RankKit SEO → Site Audit → Focus pages.
  2. In the search box ("Search your posts and pages to add one…"), type part of a title and choose the page. Only published content can be added.
  3. Repeat for each page. You can add up to 25.

The Focus Pages table lists each page with its On-page score, Google Index status, Clicks, average position (Pos.) and the number of findings To fix. Click the trash icon to remove a page from the list (the page itself is not touched).

Diagnose a page

Click Diagnose on a page (or Diagnose again to refresh an older diagnosis). The diagnosis shows:

Section What it shows
On-page score The page's score from RankKit SEO's content analysis, with its word count.
Google index Indexed, Not indexed or Unknown, from Search Console's URL Inspection.
Clicks, 28 days Clicks from Google search in the last 28 days, with impressions.
Average position The page's average ranking position, with its click-through rate.
Findings and fixes What is wrong and what to do about it.
Queries this page appears for (28 days) The searches the page shows up for, with clicks, impressions, CTR and position.

Edit the page opens it in the editor so you can apply the fixes.

Findings you may see

  • Google has not indexed this page, with the reason Google gives.
  • The page is set to noindex, or The canonical URL points elsewhere.
  • No search impressions in the last 28 days.
  • Ranks on page two or Ranks beyond page two, with the average position.
  • Low click-through rate compared with what is typical for its position.
  • Clicks fell compared with the previous 28 days.
  • The main query is not in the SEO title.
  • No focus keyword, with the query Search Console suggests you use.
  • Failed on-page checks from the content analysis.

Each finding comes with a concrete fix. When nothing is wrong you see No problems found.

Ask AI for a diagnosis

With an AI provider set up, click Ask AI on a diagnosis. RankKit SEO sends the diagnosis data and an excerpt of the page text to your AI provider. You get an AI diagnosis: a two or three sentence summary of why the page ranks where it does, plus three to six specific fixes ranked by priority. This uses an AI request from your daily limit.
